Wells syndrome is an uncommon inflammatory skin disease of unknown etiology. It is also known as eosinophilic cellulitis and is characterized by long-lasting skin lesions that are pruritic, erythematous, papular, nodular, sometimes even urticarial and cellulitis-like. There are also granulomatous, eosinophilic infiltrates in the dermis.
