Meaningful and reproducible responder rates are an essential conclusion of all clinical studies. For a positive response to omalizumab in chronic spontaneous urticaria, we recommend cutoff values of greater than or equal to 12 for urticaria control test and 6 or less for 7-day urticaria activity score.
